The base light ensures spatial readability, while coloured light responds to exhibitions, events and temporal changes. Independently controlled, the two light sources do not interfere with each other, yet together define the rhythm and emotional layering of the space.

Astral uses dual optical light-path separation with precise surface processing to control reflection, refraction, and transmission. This allows customised uplight and downlight ratios, enhancing lighting efficiency and reducing energy use in line with green building standards.
